All quotations are valid for 2 weeks. A deposit upon discussion with both parties and negotiable is required before commencement of work. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Project timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, permit delays, material availability, or changes in project scope. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Clients must provide accurate site information, required approvals, and timely communication throughout the project duration.
Any changes outside the original scope may affect cost and schedule, and will be documented in a change order.
We provide a limited workmanship warranty depend on the job. This excludes damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
